Dr. Mark Illuminati
Dr. llluminati is a physician who specializes in treating addictions (addictionologist). He is the Medical Director of Crossroads Centers. Dr. llluminati has spent many years working with individuals with drug and alcohol problems. He is particularly knowledgeable in the most recent innovations related to detoxification in outpatient settings. Dr. llluminati and the physicians who work with him personally oversee the detoxification program at Crossroads Centers. Dr. llluminati also provides education on the medical aspects of chemical dependency to clients in our intensive outpatient treatment program.

Dr. Patricia Disharoon

Dr. Disharoon provides our outpatient detoxification services. She is in practice as an Internal Medicine specialist in Baltimore and has provided inpatient detoxification services in Baltimore for several years. She has completed special certification in the utilization of Buprenorphine for outpatient opiate detoxification.
